The second model railway show was held at the Milligan Theatre on Saturday April 28 and seemed to be well attended and appreciated.

There were 18 sets on display, including some which had been showed last year, but also new ones, including a Brokeback Mountain version.
There was an interpretation of the Volk’s Electric Railway which runs from the Aquarium to Black Rock in Brighton and the Glacier Express made a welcome return, including ski lifts running between Zermatt, Davos and St Moritz.
The model railway show is a great addition to the long list of quirky, interesting and diverse events to which we are lucky enough to have access in Rye.
