Volunteers required

With Christmas approaching and the new year just around the corner, are you thinking about ways in which you can help people in your local community? St Michael’s Hospice is looking for volunteers to join its team in a variety of roles across the Hospice, from volunteering at events and joining the team of Hospice Neighbours, to helping out in their shops and providing administrative support. Volunteering builds confidence, is great for your CV and is a fantastic way to meet new people. For more information, visit: stmichaelshospice.com/volunteer

Yellow Week

Become a Hospice superstar and show your support for their annual awareness week from Monday February 5 – Sunday February 11. What will you do? Hold a cake sale, mufti-day, create yellow mocktails and cocktails, fancy dress, host a yellow themed quiz, karaoke, raffle or create yellow crafts? The choice is yours, all they ask is you help raise awareness and fundraise in aid of the Hospice. For more information, please email James: fundraising@stmichaelshospice.com
