New Chairman for conservationists

Rye Conservation Society are to elect a new chairman. The choice is between David Bookless, the current secretary of the Society and Anthony Kimber, principal architect of the Rye Neighbourhood Plan. The election takes place Friday April 27. The Conservation Society advises on and endeavours to protect Rye’s historic nature while recognising the requirements of the 21st century.
