More than 60 people participated in local pub chain Ramblinns’ charity walks over the festive period. The walks took place between the four pubs in the group, the Globe in Military Road, the Woolpack in Warehorne, the Radnor Arms in Folkestone and the Five Bells in East Brabourne. Each walk was about 12 miles long and began with breakfast in the pub at the start line and ended with lunch in the finishing pub.

So far more than £1,500 has been raised for Canterbury-based charity Kran, which works with unaccompanied young asylum seekers and refugees.
