Following the highly successful first meeting with Home Secretary Amber Rudd MP and  Liz Pendennis from Christmas in Rye, the Rye Area Business Forum will next meet on Thursday, April 20, at The George in Rye. Doors are open from 5:30 with the meeting taking place from 6 until 7pm.

Our guest speaker will be Michael Salmon from the Department for International Trade, who will talk about how government-sponsored initiatives can help local people with selling goods and services abroad. There will be opportunity for a Q&A with Michael, and guests are free to use the facilities of the Benson Room at the George to network afterwards.

The forum is free to attend, but it is helpful to know numbers in advance if you can email ryeareabusinessforum@gmail.com Organisers look forward to welcoming all business owners and sole traders in the Rye and district area – bring plenty of business cards and let friends and colleagues know about the forum and its meetings and join on Facebook @ryeareabusinessforum. The June meeting will focus totally on parking issues.
