Corridor Cafe supports RNLI
The Rye Harbour lifeboat - ready to launch, regardless of weather, 365 days a year

Corridor Cafe supports RNLI

A very successful coffee morning was hosted by the Corridor Cafe in High Street, Rye in aid of Rye Harbour RNLI lifeboat appeal on Monday June 12.

The Cafe team laid on an amazing selection of cakes and scones and the RNLI managed to sell a fair amount of RNLI merchandise.

Andrew Seymour, Rye Harbour Lifeboat Commitee Chairman said: “Customers and passers-by were very generous with donations. All in all, with the 50% of takings from the cafe, the morning made £250 for the new boat. A big thank you to Amy, Emma and Beth, both for the idea of putting on the coffee morning and for their generosity.”

Rye Harbour Lifeboat crew saves lives at sea. We are currently appealing for help to buy a new RNLI Lifeboat.

Text RHLB85 £10 to 70070 to donate today.

Alex Compton, aged 18, is doing a tandem sky dive from 15000 feet with the Parachute Regiment Red Devils on June 28 to raise funds for the replacement RIB at Rye Harbour. Any support that you can give would be very much appreciated, his link to Just Giving is https:/
