Jempson’s attack charge trial

James Waller, 24, of  The Maltings, Peasmarsh, has been sent for trial at Lewes Crown Court on May 14 following an alleged knife attack at Jempson’s Superstore in Peasmarsh on April 15, writes Tony Nunn. Waller, who faces a total of four charges, including causing grievous bodily harm, was remanded in custody when he appeared at Brighton Magistrates Court. No pleas were taken.
