On Saturday July 23 Rye Harbour Sailing Club (RHSC) is holding a FUNdraising fiesta to raise money to build a new shower block with facilities that will be accessible for all.

RHSC Sailability is a new charity being set up to get people with disabilities out on the water. This will help to make the club a truly inclusive sailing venue. We have already been awarded £75,000 from Sport England Inspired Facilities Fund to put towards the build, but still need to raise more funds before we can start the works. So please do come along and enjoy the fiesta on Saturday July 23 from 12 noon to 4pm.

We are offering have a go at dinghy sailing or a taster sail on a Drascombe Lugger, with live music from the Rye Bay Crew, arts and crafts stalls, a 25’ high bouncy slide (if it’s not too windy) and a BBQ. Tickets are £6 per adult or £10 for families (includes a raffle ticket). For more information please contact 01797 321395.
