DESCRIPTION:On Friday the 22nd October we would like to welcome you all to the Unit to meet the staff as well as the management team giving you the opportunity to ask any questions, whilst seeing the facilities and understanding the opportunities that the Unit is able to afford to the cadets.\nAs this is a normal Cadet evening, I would hope that you could spare the time to stay on at the Unit for this important annual meeting.  Before and after the meeting, we will provide  light refreshments of tea and cake, you will have an opportunity to meet and talk to the Management Committee members who very much welcome your comments and suggestions.\nThe AGM is an excellent opportunity for Parents and supporters to gain an understanding of what goes on behind the scenes at the Unit.  The Team will give a report of the events, successes and the financial situation of the past year as well as the plans for the coming year.\nThe reason for the formal letter this year is to underline the importance of your support which will be vital for the continuation of the Unit in the coming year. To continue we need the support of as many Parents as can give their time.  This can be in the form of help at stand easy, fundraising or help in the maintenance of the building and equipment.\nIf we are to continue the success of the Unit over the next year, we do need your support and help and I hope that by coming to the AGM we can explain how this can be achieved.\nWe look forward to meeting you on the 22nd October.\n
