Allow the inner dancer to lead you, guide you and surprise you. Led by Adam Frost, a highly talented Open Floor teacher who will guide us in a journey through the landscapes of movement.\nWe will join in circle after the dance for singing and drumming to ground and integrate the dance.\nAll are welcome, no experience necessary of conscious dance, singing or drumming.
