DESCRIPTION:Assemble your ‘A Team’ for a quiz like no other, all for a great cause!\nA cocktail of questions, teasers and surprises – raising funds for Spotlight YOPD (registered charity number 1165177)\nOur expert quizmaster Barnaby has crafted a FABULOUS interactive quiz experience.\n\nExpect great raffle prizes\nA round of shots for the runners up\nWinning table gets a round of our fabulous cocktails on the house!\n\nWear your thinking caps and dancing trousers… it’s going to be a great night out…… as in true BYC fashion, after the Quiz the tables will be cleared, the lights will be dimmed and you can dance away the rest of the evening (if you do desire)!\nArrive by 7.30 for 8pm start.\nAbout the cause:\nJust over ten years ago, Gaynor was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson’s. It prompted her relocation to Rye. “I wanted to de-stress and walk the dog on the beach,” she explains.\n“I was 42 and learned very quickly that there was little support out there for those with this rare version of PD – diagnosed in the prime of life.\n“Four years later I founded Spotlight YOPD – the first charity in the world to represent those with the condition. One year later – 200 years after James Parkinson first observed the condition – Spotlight YOPD was instrumental in having YOPD debated in parliament.\nWe spend most of our time educating and raising awareness. Our resources for  fundraising are limited. The charity is run by volunteers; many with the condition.\nWe have a fundraiser coming up on Saturday 25 March in Rye, where we are based.\nWe are holding a Quiz Night at The Brewery Yard Club”\nTeams of up to 6, booking tickets is highly recommended.  You can also call us to book your table on 01797 222857.\n*** Please note that our kitchen will be closed.\n
