We are looking for an experienced ‘hands-on’ manager to lead our busy and vibrant showpiece department based at the Peasmarsh Superstore.
The successful candidate must be totally committed about delivering superb customer service and possess a management style that creates enthusiasm and passion which will drive and motivate their team.
Key responsibilities:
· Maintain focus on exceptionally high standards of quality, availability and merchandising
· Ensure all health, hygiene, legal and company standards are maintained as well as the implementation of HACCAPS within the department
· Ability to work and negotiate with suppliers to source the best produce, prices and offers to increase sales and profitability
The role will be a 40 hour week over five days, which will including Saturday working. (Day off during the week and Sunday).
The ideal candidate would have previously ran a butchers shop or had previous experience in managing a butchery team.
Salary and start date by negotiation.
Own transport is essential.
