Children in the Rye, Hastings and Battle areas enjoyed a summer holiday singing workshop day at Peasmarsh Memorial Hall on Thursday July 27. They learned songs from a pirate musical, and performed to families and friends at the end of the day.  It was a great day, with lots of fun and wonderful singing. The day was planned and led by Mrs Marian Ham, the founder of the RACCC (Rye Area Children’s Community Choir)  which meets term time, on Thursdays from 3:50-4:50pm, is open to all children aged 7-12 years and costs £4 per week.

There is another children’s summer holiday singing workshop day on Tuesday August 29, all children welcome.

Cost is £10 per child for the day.  For more details and to book your child a place contact Marian on 07947806712, or via email dmham128@btinternet.com
