We are exceptionally happy to announce that after our first SOLD OUT year, the UK’s funkiest festival is back at Camber Sands for another weekend funkadelic goodness in May 12-15 2017!

Hot 8 Brass Band,  Mr Scruff, Nubiyan Twist, Norman Jay, Akua Naru, Huey Morgan, Flamingods, United Vibrations, Harleighblu, Lakuta, Some Voices Funk and Soul Disco Choir

Combining a true love for all things Funk & Soul orientated, we return with our roots firmly placed in Big Brass Sounds, Hip hop beats, Future Soul, Tropical, Afro-beat, World, Disco, House, and everything in-between. This is set to be the perfect week,end, blending good times with unmissable talent across 3 days!

If that wasn’t enough, we’re pushing the boat out to create one of our most immersive projects ever as we build on the activities we had last year. Feeling good is more than just music so expect a plethora of activities, games & exercises:

Echoes Disco Yoga, Jazz Dance classes, Glitter l Groovy Hula classes and shows, Funkadelic Block parties, Tropical Pool parties, Nightspot Cinema, Secret Activities and loads more!

Headlining the event we’ve got Tru Thoughts’ Hot 8 Brass band bringing original big brass sounds direct from New Orleans; Good Times ambassador Norman Jay rejoins us along with the undeniable Mr Scruff, both of whom made last year such a special debut!

Ensuring we bring a taste of global and tropical selections, the psychedelic tropical quintet taking the UK by storm, Flamingods will also be providing a spectacular live performance with Wormfood’s United Vibrations and Nubiyan Twist following suit. Akua Naru delivers her undisputed live show full of soul & hip hop beats, whilst the King of cool Huey Morgan plays his finest selection of funky beats from the archives. Not to mention storming performances from the likes of Harleighblu and Lakuta, this is going to be one to remember. With so much more still to be announced, Get down on it and secure your place for 2017 while limited Early Bird tickets are still around!

Completing the lineup, we have also invited some our favourite UK brands which include: Tru Thoughts, 22a, Wah Wah Records, BBE, Strutt, Sofar Sounds, Soundway, Tuckshop, Banana Hill, Shut The Front Door, So Fresh So Clean, Total Refreshment Centre, Boogie Nights and more to be announced.

Not only are we developing the musical and festival experience, we are also proudly working alongside Mind, Lovespecs and Support Act in a bid to push our feel-good values as far as possible, creating more awareness and opportunities for the projects which need it most.

From Funk to Soul, to Latin and Afrobeat to Northern Soul, Ska and Swing, a touch of the right Hip Hop, House, Future Soul and everything in between, this new event on the festival calendar is an intimate affair, with a capacity of 3000, created for an audience that truly loves its music.

Please note this event is for adults aged 18 and over.

Tickets include festival pass and chalet accommodation. Prices are available for 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 berth chalets, and range from £109 to £159 per person.
