Fancy growing sunflowers this year? As part of Rye Blooms 2021, the Rye and District Chamber of Commerce would like to see sunflowers in as many gardens and pots as possible all over residential areas and the citadel.
To make this possible within Rye Blooms, the chamber have some sunflower seeds to give away to children and adults and the chamber are already providing enough for all children at Rye Community Primary School to join in.
It is hoped a sunflower trail may be possible around Rye if enough partake, as well as a small sunflower art exhibition at Rye Station booking hall hosted by South East Communities Rail Partnership. If interested contact ryechamber31@gmail.com or text 07867 652839.
