Recently members of the under 11A team were presented with the league trophy for the Ashford and District West League under 11s. Josh Markson-Brown from the under 11B team was awarded both the batting and bowling awards for most runs and most wickets.

The teams have been in nets on Friday evenings this autumn, and looking forward to the spring coaching before the season starts.

Next Tuesday, November 23, 7-8pm at Rye Sports Centre, four evenings of nets will begin for 2nd / 3rd team players from age 13 upwards as Rye prepares for the 2022 season. The cost is £3 per session and a colt can bring a parent along to a net for free. Time to rediscover cricket.

On Saturday, 28 November, Rye Cricket Club is holding a golf day at London Beach in Tenterden. All funds to go towards the project to raise money to purchase roll-on covers for the square.
