This Sunday, January 30, Rye Cricket Club is hosting its annual general meeting at the Pavilion at the Rye Cricket Salts at 7pm. Members and guests are invited to reflect on the 2021 season and discover the plans for the 2022 season. The club is seeking a person to lead on fund raising and a person to take on responsibility to oversee the managing of the Pavilion.
The 2022 season gets underway with winter nets and coaching;
Adult / senior colts aged 14+ winter nets start:
Friday February 4 – 6-7pm 2nds / 3rd team players
Friday February – 7-8pm 1st team players
Cost is £3 – those attending 6-7pm are welcome to join in for the next hour at no additional cost.
Junior coaching:
Tuesday March 1 – 6-7pm softball ages 6-11
Tuesday March 1 – 7-8pm hardball ages 8-13

We start outside on Friday May 13 with All Stars / Cricket Dynamos programme for softball players and on Tuesday 3 May for hardball coaching.
It promises to be a very busy year.
