DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Rye Harvest Hoedown is back.\nAfter the fantastic response to last year’s barn dance, we’re delighted to announce that the Hoedown returns – this time stepping out as a standalone event, with more room to do-si-do, promenade and sashay your way through the night!\nSaturday 12th September 2026\n7PM – 11PM\nRye Community Centre\nThere’ll be a BBQ sizzling out front, pizza ovens roaring, and a bar stocked with local pours and a signature cocktail to put a pep in your step.\nAnd as for the band, you are in for a treat! Cut A Shine are the UK’s premier Ceilidh & Hoedown band, and their high-energy music and friendly calling keep the evening accessible to beginners and thoroughly entertain the more experienced.\nDressing up is warmly encouraged, although never compulsory, but there may be a little recognition for the most enthusiastic outfits…\nLast year’s Hoedown was enormously popular, so early booking is strongly recommended.\nEarly bird tickets on sale now – just £15 pp!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSee Tickets\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDance for a good cause!\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis year, you’ll be supporting Rye Foodbank, the official charity partner of the Rye Harvest Hoedown.
