Parking reared its head at the last Council meeting. Did our councillors even notice?
Should dogs be banned?
Changes in the law mean Rye Town Council will need to look closely at where dogs should be banned or have to be kept on a lead. Also humans might have to be banned from doing various things - like being noisy, or eating in public, or affecting others' quality of life in any way - like, perhaps, bell ringing
