Snowdrops and crocuses are out and even some brave daffodils were waving in Rye Harbour Road. But the most sure sign of all that Spring is on its way was the sight of the Farmers’ Market once again open for business.
Meat, fish, wonderful bread and rolls, French cheese, pastries, free-range eggs, plants for the garden and more are all on offer every Wednesday morning on Strand Quay from around 10.30 to mid-day. Do go and use it and get good food from as near the original source as possible.
