In this the centenary year of Christopher Lloyd’s birth, Rye artist Richard Adams has woven his magic in the gardens of Northiam’s Great Dixter, which Christopher developed, with a series of 12 paintings through the four seasons.

Two have already sold, but there are five available now, and a further five are being painted during this summer and autumn and will be ready to buy in November.

To see Richard’s paintings go to the website. Richard has generously agreed that 25% of each sale will go into the Great Dixter Charitable Trust Centenary Fund.

  1. Could subject and artist be better matched? There is a quirky grace in Richard’s work which is held in balance by his management of the hidden geometry of landscape. Our eye is free to romp around and find delights in every corner.
    Great Dixter is well served.
