Smart Parking problem

Dear Sir

After my problem with an unjustified parking fine from Smart Parking at Camber, my daughter has now received a fine for non payment when she was with us at the bank holiday weekend although the necessary fee, paid with the telephone system, has come out of her bank account.

The Times had an article about unjustified fines, specifically mentioning Smart Parking. I wonder how many people are caught like this.
