The 17th Century Warship Anne – A talk
Next year is the 75th anniversary of Winchelsea Museum and to celebrate Icklesham Parish Council are leading a very exciting project, to restore the museum’s 17th century Anne gun and mount it on a historically accurate carriage.
To launch our fundraising campaign, award-winning naval historians and authors, Richard Endsor & JD Davies will be coming to Winchelsea to give a talk about why the Anne is so important in naval history and to the local area.
