Cuts hit bus runs to hospitals
The long-awaited cuts to local bus services bite from later this month. Trips to the local community hospital and the Rye Medical Centre take a knock. Some off peak services will be halved. There are new routes with buses renumbered and new operators. Camber gains but Rye Harbour loses, and Rye, Northiam and Tenterden will all be badly affected. Charles Harkness sums up the changes
