Northiam’s summer fete takes place this year on Sunday June 26, 10am – 4pm in aid of animal charity, the Blue Cross. In addition to the usual Fun Dog Show where you can show off your dog’s agility, it’s a fun day out for all the family, with live entertainment, local crafts and trade stands, a Young Artist competition and much more. There is a local free-range BBQ and raffle.

Entries for the Young Artist competition can be either posted or handed in to the Northiam Blue Cross Centre, Main Street, Northiam or brought along on the day to St. Francis Fields, Northiam. Entries will be judged at the fete by pet portrait artist Kathryn Nichols. There are four categories and many great prizes to be won! You can download a printable entry form from our website. For further information, contact: Jonathan Ramsden, Volunteer Coordinator and Animal Welfare Assistant; direct line: 01797 254025 (Tuesday and Wednesday only) or centre phone: 0300 777 1510.
