Jens opened his first chocolate shop in Rye just before the pandemic and expects to have 15 across the UK before the end of September. He is in conversation about his life before chocolate and his many influences including architecture, philosophy and Japanese cinema, which lead up to his exciting new venture. His focus is on sustainability – both of his business economically, but also of his suppliers from across the globe.
