Decimus Property, in partnership with award-winning discount food retailer Aldi and Retirement Living specialist McCarthy Stone, are excited to be bringing forward planning applications for a new food store, homes and Retirement Living apartments on Winchelsea Road: replacing the existing warehouse and goods yard known as Jempsons Trading Estate.
Public Consultation
We welcome your views on the plans for this site. We will be holding an in-person consultation event on Thursday 7th March 2024 between 3pm and 7pm at The River Haven Hotel, Quayside, Winchelsea Road, Rye, TN31 7EL
Alternatively, you will be able to view our Virtual Exhibition and leave feedback on this website from Thursday 29th February 2024.
We will submit our planning applications to Rother District Council in the coming months, but in the meantime, we are keen to receive your feedback on the scheme.
