Chasing Ice at the Kino

An award winning documentary on climate change is coming to the Kino on July 25. Using time lapse techniques, James Balogh, National Geographic photographer, embarks on a hazardous journey to record the world’s changing glaciers over a period of years. Since its initial release in 2012, Chasing Ice has been screened in more than 172 countries and on every continent and in 2014 it won the News and Documentary Emmy® Award for Outstanding Nature Programming.

The event is organised by Rother Environmental Group in association with the Kino. Tickets are £5, available through the Kino box office now. The show starts at 7pm on July 25.
