Finding Your Calm – How To Manage Stress & Anxiety Day Retreat

A calming and nurturing day, focussing on you!

Looking at ways to help manage stress and anxiety through evidence-based nutrition, yoga, meditation and mindfulness techniques.

Hosted by Sonja (Nutritional Therapist and Health & Nutrition Coach) and Caelia (Yoga, transformational breathwork and meditation teacher) we blend our disciplines to give you tools to take away and use in your everyday lives.

We take the science and cut through the noise to give you straightforward and simple to use information, tips and tricks for everyday use.

Held in the beautiful setting of Tillingham Wines, and including fabulous breakfast and lunches prepared by Tillingham’s head chef, and his team – this day will cover tips on how you can make small changes to what you eat and  how you live your life to help create calm in a chaotic world.

We only have small numbers on our days so that we can get to know you, and there is plenty of opportunity to ask Sonja or Caelia any questions that are specific for you.

The day starts with a lovely breakfast and an introduction to us, each other and the day, before we move into a session discussing how food, movement and other lifestyle choices can influence our mood and responses.

A gentle yoga practice follows (and don’t worry if you are new to yoga – Caelia tailors the session for everyone) before we go through for our delicious lunch.

If the weather is kind, we will take a gentle walk out through the vines for a guided meditation session surrounded by nature.

We will finish the day with a session on self-massage techniques you can use at home to help relax your mind and body.

By the end of the day, you should be feeling calm and relaxed and ready to face whatever the world may throw at you!

The event is finished.
