St Michael’s Hospice shop in Rye is hosting a Volunteer Open Day on Wednesday 19 November, for people living in the town and surrounding areas who might be curious about becoming a shop volunteer.

You can stop by at any time from 11am to 3pm, chat to the shop manager and head of retail who’ll be on hand to answer any questions, and it’s also a great opportunity to meet some of the other volunteers you’d be working with.

Volunteering in the hospice’s shops is a simple, fun and rewarding way to give back. You’ll also meet new people and learn new skills, alongside making an impact. Whether it’s a few hours a week, or a few days, every hour you give enables an hour of hospice care.

If you’re not able to come along to the open day, but would like more information about the role, please visit stmichaelshospice.com/retail-assistant-rye or call 01424 445177.
