Rye Discotheque is sold out this Saturday 29 November at Rye Community Centre. Sarah Tarry and Toby Melville Brown are promising a night of live DJs spinning everything from 70s disco grooves to 2000s bangers and modern club classics.

But what gets them on the dance floor?

SARAH: I Feel For You – Chaka Khan, this intro gets me every time and is a great one to belt the lyrics out to!

TOBY: Livin’ Thing – Electric Light Orchestra, I love the drama, the theatre of it. A driving wall of good vibes that makes me want to bound around of the dance floor.

SARAH: Disco 2000 – Pulp – because I fancied Jarvis Cocker when I was growing up and I still think I’m in with a chance

TOBY: Call My Name – Cheryl. What do you want me to say? It’s a stone cold juggernaut. Thanks to Chezza n Calvin x

SARAH: Hey Boy, Hey Girl – Chemical Brothers, you can’t beat this one to keep you going when your legs are tired and you think you can’t dance anymore. Pure 90s dance joy

BOTH: Fast Love – George Michael. This is from both of us. We love George. We miss George. George, the vibe stewards salute you.
