Carolyn Gould Photography&Mindfulness Walk

Led by local author and photographer Carolyn, and hosted by Ethel Loves Me in Rye.

This workshop/walk combines the creative art of photography with the calming practice of mindfulness. Join Carolyn and bring along your camera- any kind!- including your phone!

We will meet at Ethel Loves Me for a briefing and a cup of tea, then Carolyn will guide the group around Rye, stopping to notice all the detail around us, framing your photos and taking stock of what you are drawn to.

You will then fill in some journaling pages to reflect on your walk and the images you have captured so creatively.
