A public access defibrillator (PAD), for bringing fast help to casualties, has been installed at Camber community centre by Rye and District Lions Club in partnership with Rother Responders. The defibrillator has been dedicated to Camber resident Pam Sayell, late wife of Lions member Colin Sayell. Rye Lions and Rother Responders have joined previously to install a PAD at the Strand in Rye, however this will be the last partnership as sadly Rye Lions will be closing at the end of this year.

Rye and District Lions would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their help and support over the past 40 years and to reassure people that help will still be available through the wider Lions community. Pictured are Rother Responders and Sue Clay, Bill Coleman and Colin Sayell from Rye Lions.
