A new show at St Leonards comprises embroidered images of local scenes. The exhibition of works by Karen Fullalove and Agnes Chevalier is at Caroline Morris Millinery and Art at 59 Kings Road.
Karen’s works are canvas embroidery with upward of 30,000 stitches while Agnes’ works in contrast are machine embroidered with an extraordinary colour intensity. Accompanying the embroidery are couture hats by Caroline Morris plus silk garments and hand embellished books by Tricia Neve.
The show is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11am-4pm or by appointment (01424 444410) and continues until November 14.
