Sussex Wildlife Trust photo competition

The Sussex Wildlife Trust (SWT) are running a photographic competition with the theme Our Nature Reserves and are looking for 12 images to showcase the beauty of the SWT’s reserves.

Entries can be a landscape or can focus on a particular species within the reserve. There is also a Best Young Photographer (under 25) category. Entry is online only and up to 3 photographs can be submitted.

The photos will be judged by wildlife photographer David Plummer and the overall winner by public vote.

The first prize is £100 cash with a runners up prize of a t-shirt from the Sussex Wildlife Trust’s clothing store. The Best Young Photographer will win £50 and a t-shirt from the Sussex Wildlife Trust’s clothing store.

The final 12 photographs will feature in the SWT online calendar and the overall winner will feature in Wild Sussex magazine, the weekly SWT e-news, and on other SWT’s website and social media. The winning photographer and best young photographer will also be offered the chance to take over the Sussex Wildlife Trust’s Instagram account for a week.
