Auditions are taking place this weekend for the 2026 Rye Players Panto.
This year the Players are putting on Cinderella, with performances taking place on 12, 13, 19 and 20 December.
Pat Driver from Rye Players said, “We set the bar very high for last year’s blockbuster panto and this year the sky’s the limit for Cinderella, our spectacular Christmas treat. Chorus members particularly welcome!”
Auditions are this Sunday 28 June at 2pm in the Old Scout Hut next to Rye Leisure Centre. If you hurry, you can still register via email to hello@ryeplayers.

Meanwhile Rye Players are also getting ready for this year’s Rye Arts Festival. After a short playwriting competition, Rye Writes?, the successful stories have been chosen and parts cast. Performances are at Rye Community Centre on 13 September.
