With not long now until opening night, the Bowler Crab theatre company is rehearsing intensely in readiness for its tenth Shakespearean production, the  comedy, Much Ado About Nothing.

Director and Shakespeare expert, Stephen John, is delighted to be working with such a talented cast which promises to bring this play to life with hilarious tricks and pranks.

The show opens on Friday June 16 in the beautiful grounds of Half House Farm in Three Oaks with the 16th century farmhouse as the backdrop to the stage set in sixteen acres of Sussex countryside. The open air performance dates and times at this picturesque venue are as follows:-

  • Fri June 16, gates open 6:30pm for 7:30pm start
  • Sat June 17, gates open 6:30pm for 7:30pm start
  • Sun June 18, gates open 2pm for 3pm start (matinee only on this day)
  • Fri June 23, gates open 6:30pm for 7:30pm start
  • Sat June 24, gates open 6:30pm for 7:30pm start
  • Sun June 25, gates open 2pm for 3pm start (matinee only on this
    day)
  • It is advised to pre-purchase tickets, but there will be limited tickets for sale at the door on arrival.

Following the run at Half House Farm, the show then goes on tour indoors and further dates can be seen on the website.
