Red Hut tidied up

The Red Hut near the mouth of the River Rother on the Rye Harbour and nature reserve side has featured in many paintings and photographs over the years, and it is (as shown above) now being done up and becoming all ship shape and Bristol fashion with a cheery lick of paint on the iconic red tin roof –  and they’re also renovating the concrete plinth the building sits on.
