Women in Rye and the surrounding areas are being invited to join a brand-new group coaching programme designed to support those navigating the often-challenging transition of perimenopause.
Rise and Revive, a six-week face-to-face course led by local health and nutrition coach Nathalie Desgrange from Wellbeing Nexus Coaching, will take place at Ground Up Coffee Shop in Rye.
The sessions aim to help women understand what is happening in their bodies, explore simple, practical ways to balance hormones, improve sleep, manage stress, and nourish themselves through food and lifestyle.
Nathalie explains: “Perimenopause can be an overwhelming time, but it doesn’t have to feel isolating. This programme is about creating a supportive space where women can share experiences, learn practical tools, and feel more balanced.”
As an added bonus, participants will also receive 5% off at The Kind Table in Rye, a local shop known for its non-toxic skincare and eco-friendly refills of extra virgin olive oil, nuts, and other essentials.
Rise and Revive begins soon, with limited spaces available.
