Three years ago two doctors bought a Georgian property in Rye. It needed a lot of TLC. They gave it. This year the restoration has earned the couple and those who worked with them two awards. Another award has been won by Manning Duffie Architects of Rye for their “excellent” work on Peasmarsh Memorial Hall which takes advantage of many green ideas.
