The winners have been announced

This year’s winners of Rye Art Gallery’s En Plein Air competition have been announced.

With more than 100 artworks of a very high standard, selected from over 200 submissions, the judging panel of Karl Terry, Tom Marsh, Natasha Cook, Nick Archer, Sally Cole and Georgina Allen, had the challenge of choosing the six winning entries, three for age 25 and above, and three for the young artist category for ages 16-24.

The winners for age 25 and above are:

Bronze Award The Vineyard by Nicholas Kent

An En Plein Air Award Ceremony will be held at the gallery on Sunday 6 September from 2pm on the final day of the exhibition.
