Anyone who has listened to the stirring music-making of a brass band will appreciate the opportunity to hear Sussex Brass next week at Beckley Village Centre on Friday February 5 for a “Winter Warmer” concert. This will be the eleventh such concert organised by Rye & District Lions Club.
This year it is in aid of fund-raising for Macmillan Cancer Support. Doors open 7pm for a 7:45 pm start. Tickets cost £7 (including refreshments upon arrival), available from 01797 260623.
