    The unique contributions of all Gallivanters drive our team and guest happiness, and we believe a great work-life balance is the secret to our shared success. You won’t work ridiculous hours and long shifts as a CDP in our team. You will have a 5-day working week, two days off together, and no shift longer than 12 hours – typically 3 x 10 hrs and 2 x 8 hrs.

    You’ll work with an incredible team led by Nico Fitzgerald, our Exec Chef, who will embrace your individuality and nurture your talents. He and his team are passionate about sustainability and embrace the season, creating dishes from the amazing fresh produce on our doorstep. We often know the fishermen. All our meat comes from small British farmers who share our passion, the same as our fruit and veg, and we always source locally when we can. The team also love to get outdoors forage from local hedgerow, foreshore and wood.

    This is an exciting time to join us with in-house progression opportunities as the company grows, with our second site planned to open in 2023.
