There has not been an election for Rye Town Council since 2019. The current councillors’ four year term in office ends in May 2027.
Rye News will be approaching all the candidates, once the names on the ballot are confirmed, to write an article explaining why they are standing to be a town councillor. We’ll also ask about their vision for Rye and what they hope to achieve.
The election result will be published in our edition on 19 December.
