Local PCSO Dan Bevan will be running in the Hastings half-marathon on Sunday March 22 to raise money for Rother Responders, accompanied by Jon Padovani, Carl Fraser and Will Barden, who is part of the South East Coast ambulance service (SECAmb). This will be Dan’s fifth half-marathon and although it will be Jon and Carl’s first, they can be sure of lots of local support.

The quartet will be running to raise funds for Rother Responders, a team of volunteers who respond to 999 calls in tandem with SECAmb. Funds raised will go towards maintaining and developing the life-saving kit carried by their team of volunteer Community First Responders, as well as providing Public Access Defibrillators in the local area. You can send donations to support Dan, Jon, Carl and Will’s run to raise money for Rother Responders here, and of course you can give them a real boost by cheering them along their route on March 22.
