£3.6 million could buy you the Ferryfields Caravan Park at Winchelsea. The site on Station Road is being advertised for sale due to the owner’s retirement.
Sanderson Weatherall, who are managing the sale, say the park is located in a highly desirable area. “Ferryfields is a rare opportunity to acquire a thriving, well-maintained park in a sought-after location, with excellent infrastructure already in place and substantial potential for further growth and development.”
The site has 39 privately owned static caravans and 32 vacant pitches over a 3.6 acre park. There are also four rental flats and a further 3.5 acres of additional land. A purpose-built sales office and reception has been constructed at the entrance of the park.
Ferryfields is at the bottom of Ferry Hill in Winchelsea and backs on to the Royal Military Canal.
In marketing the caravan park, the agents say the site has substantial potential for further growth and development. “Subject to the necessary planning consents, this land presents a valuable opportunity for further development, potentially increasing the park’s capacity and future revenue.”
