RNLI lifeguards will be covering Bexhill and St Leonards Beaches from this Saturday, 18 July. These lifeguard bases will be manned permanently throughout the season by RNLI lifeguards who have received world-class training and are looking forward to the new season.
Bexhill will be covered this Saturday by Laurence and Jodie and St Leonards will be manned by Ollie, Henri and William. The patrol times will be from 10am until 6pm each day and there is a rota for the lifeguards, so they will covering all the beaches throughout their season as a lifeguard.
Please remember if you are visiting the beach to RESPECT THE WATER and to swim on a lifeguarded stretch of water. If you see anyone in distress, alert the lifeguards and remain on the shore yourself. If you were not able to contact the lifeguards for any reason, phone 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
