Pirate Fun Day at Sailing Club

Calling all pirates to the Rye Harbour Sailing Club parlay! See if you are up to joining the scurvy crew rather than having to walk the plank.

Why not come and join in the fun and try dinghy sailing with a volunteer experienced skipper? Arrive at 12 noon on Saturday August 12 at RHSC, The Point, Rye Harbour, East Sussex, TN31 7TU.

While you wait for a sail, take in the children’s games, tombolas, Treasure Island, face painting and have a go on Pirate Jake’s Bouncy Castle (if it’s not too windy). There will also be cakes, produce and bric-a-brac stalls. Tea, coffee and cake as well as BBQ food will be available to buy and the club bar will be open. All are welcome.

The dinghy sailing is free but if you are able to, we would ask for a small donation towards phase two of our refurbishment project to build a new boat shed.

For more information about taster sailing call Simon Marsh 07770 756422 or email simon@hi-flight.co.uk

If you would like a stall or to book a dinghy sail in advance to avoid disappointment, please email carolinewylson@btinternet.com or call 01797 223112
