Gift ideas from Elysian centre

Tempting gift ideas from six artists, including a selection of Mary Foster’s “Yumpti” goods, will be star attractions at a Christmas market to be held at the Elysian Centre on Saturday, November 19 between 12:30 and 4:30pm.

The centre’s Maxine Harrison has organised the first Christmas market at the 18 Cinque Ports St premises which will also include mince pies, fruit punch and a selection of vegan skincare products on sale. So nip in on Saturday and look at the following range of goodies:

  • Mary Foster’s “‘Yumpti   range of quirky and charming eco-friendly gifts. These are based on cats, dogs, sheep and allotments and include tea towels, bone china mugs, greetings cards and wall art.
  • Gill Bridgestock’s silver and pewter jewellery
  • Sue Fields’ ceramics based on geology, organic forms and nature
  • Desi Fontaine’s striking photographic images from around the world
  • Julie Rapley’s textiles, pouffes, runners and bags
  • Lou Newsholme’s fine art photos of flowers, nature and the abstract. In addition Sarah Gaddie will have a selection of vegan skincare from Arbonne Cosmetics encompassing, among other sources, olive blossom and eucalyptus.
